Media Release - Do you want to be a Councillor - Information Session

The Department of Local Government, Racing and Multicultural Affairs will be conducting an information session in preparation for the upcoming Council by-election.

The information will give prospective candidates an insight into the roles and responsibilities of Councillors and will offer them the opportunity to make informed decisions on whether to nominate for election.

Details of the information session are below:

• Monday 17 September 2018 - 5:30pm – 7:30pm
• TYTO Conference and Events Centre – Jacana Room
• Entry via Macrossan Avenue or 75 McIlwraith Street, Ingham
