In May 2017, Council resolved to adopt the Hinchinbrook Shire Council’s Customer Service Charter.
The Charter has been developed to outline the service levels and response times that community members can expect when dealing with Council.
Mayor Ramon Jayo has said ‘The Charter demonstrates our commitment to provide the community with professional, timely and friendly levels of customer service.’
