Current Roadworks

Please be advised that during this time the following guidelines will be in place: Council endeavours to keep residents up to date on current road conditions including during disaster and emergency situations and throughout planned works.

Whilst Council makes all efforts to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, this data is collated from a range of sources and all users should apply discretion and consider the relevance of this information in regards to their own particular circumstances.

Roadworks Information

The table below has information regarding roadworks which Council is undertaking including contact details if you require further information about the works listed.

Taylors Beach Foreshore, Boat Ramp Road Construction of Taylors Beach Revetment Wall Monday 13 January to Monday 24 March 2025, weather and site conditions permitting

Please be advised that during this time the following guidelines will be in place:

  • The foreshore playground will be closed during construction;
  • The speed limit may be reduced to 40km/hour through work zones;
  • Ongoing works will occur between 6.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday, tide dependant; 
  • There will be machinery and workers on foot in the area;
  • Traffic control will be on site as required;
  • Due to the nature of works, there may be increased noise and vibration during this time; and
  • Motorists are advised to drive safely to the conditions.

Bronte Road and Lucy Creek Road

24REPA02 - DRFA Program Southeast Roads - Reconstruction Works Monday 13 January to Friday 17 January 2025, weather and site conditions permitting

Please be advised that during this time the following guidelines will be in place:

  • The speed limit may be reduced to 40km/hour through work zones;
  • Ongoing works will occur between 7.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday; 
  • Access will be maintained to your property with minimal delays;
  • There will be machinery and workers on foot in the area;
  • Traffic control will be on site as required;
  • Due to the nature of works, there may be increased noise and vibration during this time; and
  • Motorists are advised to drive safely to the conditions.
