The TYTO Conference and Event Centre coupled with its complementary facilities is a multi dimensional, modern space, unique in both location and functionality. Ideal for creating events with an imaginative twist set in a spectacular natural environment. With access to incredible break out spaces and activities that cover our four core pillars of Art, Culture, Nature and Knowledge there is no equivalent within the region. 

The TYTO Conference and event centre is comprised of 4 adjoining rooms that can be hired individually or opened up to accommodate for larger settings. Each room provides a range of equipment and operational options for absolute flexibility.

Jacana Room

A spacious, versatile space ideal for conferences, exhibitions and banquets.  With a décor that exudes a modern, industrial ambience, the Jacana Room also includes the added option of interconnecting with the adjacent room offering flexible room configurations.  Class bi fold doors on the Eastern side open to a large undercover open area and glass doors on the Western side open out into the TYTO Piazza, offering an abundance of natural light and stunning views of the TYTO Wetlands.

This room provides ceiling mounded projector, motorised projector screen, built in audio system, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, dimmable lighting, roller blinds, break out areas, kitchenette and amenities in close proximity.

Jabiru Room

A functional and multifaced room overlooking native gardens with easy access to adjoining break out areas. Sun-bathed and airy, the room features glass bi-fold doors across the western wall that can be opened to adjacent meeting rooms. Alternatively, fixed roller blinds to all windows and doors provide absolute privacy and segregation from adjoining rooms.

Whistler Room

A flexible, versatile room, bathed in natural light and overlooking the TYTO Amphitheatre and Wetlands. Adjustable walls on either side facilitate varying capacities and configurations and bi fold doors on both the eastern and western side provide easy access to brake out areas and amenities.

This room provides ceiling mounted projector, pull down projector screen, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, dimmable lighting, break out areas kitchenette and amenities in close proximity.

Monarch Room

An intimate room, flexible in configuration, with an adjustable wall to facilitate varying capacities and configurations. Bi fold doors on both the eastern and western side provide easy access to break out areas and amenities along with spectacular views of the TYTO Wetlands.

This room provides ceiling mounted projector, pull down projector screen, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, dimmable lighting, break out areas kitchenette and amenities in close proximity.

Wagtail Room

Located at the TYTO Regional Art Gallery building, the Kite Room is private and intimate, suitable for small meetings or breakout sessions. Featuring 12 dual power outlets and high speed WiFi, it is the perfect incubator for computer classes and technology workshops.
