Asset Management Plans are usually updated on a four-year cycle and within two years of a Council election. The Asset Management Plans below have been developed and incorporates the following asset types:
The Asset Management Plans have been developed with the aim to provide Council with the information they need to make informed decisions with Council’s capital budget. The Asset Management Plans have identified several areas for improvement, which are to be implemented by Council officers to ensure asset management continues to move forward.
