In accordance with Local Government Regulation 2012 (Section 142), Council hereby gives Notice that unless the rates and charges owing on the land together with all expenses incurred in connection with the proposed sale of land are paid, the land will be sold by public auction.
The auction will be held 11.00am Wednesday 10 February 2021 in the Hinchinbrook Room, Level 1 at Council’s main office at 25 Lannercost Street, Ingham.

Disclosure – 24-26 Skinner Street – Illegal Relocated Structure. Council informs that the property is considered vacant land. There are existing show cause and enforcement notices in relation to the unapproved structure on the land. Upon transfer of ownership Council will issue a show cause notice to the new property owner/s. The owner/s will have 20 business days to make representations about the show cause notice. Failure to show sufficient cause by the due date may result in enforcement action if the structure is not removed or application for approval is sought and obtained. Council does not warrant that approval can be granted.
