Council is seeking expressions of interest from members of the community to fill a number of positions on the Ageing in Place Advisory Committee.
This is a new committee being formed by Council with the objective of providing advice to Council in relation to effective policy and service provision for older people in the community and strategic issues regarding positive ageing.
Council is seeking applicants who have broad based interest or experience in the areas of aged services provision, policy or general understanding in relation to the current and future challenges that will impact the Hinchinbrook population as it ages and are willing to make a positive contribution to this advisory committee.
