With Julie, also came an amazing wealth of Italian heritage and traditional cooking flair. Nonna continues to cook and share her beautiful memories, techniques, recipes and secrets with her family, and with this wisdom; her son Paul Gatti opened “Julie’s Pasta Shop” in 1991, and shared the delicious flavours which he grew up enjoying. Despite the fact that cooking is a physically demanding task, Nonna continues to enjoy working in the family business doing what she loves with her family.
