Each individual or group is allocated up to 40 minutes to present their matter to Councillors.

To request a Councillor Connect Session, a Request to Present form(PDF, 148KB) must be completed and submitted to Council.

Requests are considered by the Chief Executive Officer, and confirmation will be provided once a session date has been approved and scheduled.
