Asset Management Plans
Our Asset Management Plans explain how we look after and invest in the infrastructure and facilities our community relies on – now and into the future. This includes roads, water and wastewater networks, parks, buildings and essential equipment.
These plans guide how we prioritise maintenance, upgrades, and new projects, helping us make the best use of community funds. They also identify opportunities to improve how we manage our assets, with improvements being rolled out over time.
Our current Asset Management Plans include:
- Transport (June 2023) - roads (sealed and unsealed), footpaths, kerb, bridges and stormwater(PDF, 1MB)
- Water (June 2023) - water mains, hydrants, valves and water treatment plants(PDF, 1MB)
- Sewerage (June 2023) - sewer mains (gravity and rising), sewer manholes and sewer treatment plants(PDF, 1MB)
- Buildings (June 2023) - community buildings and structures, including marine facilities, parks and open spaces(PDF, 1MB)
- Fleet (June 2023) – council vehicles and equipment used to deliver services(PDF, 981KB)
