Hinchinbrook Shire Council wishes to advise the Cordelia community that the following tree maintenance works will be carried out along Eddleston Drive on:
Wednesday 24 September 2025 to Tuesday 30 September 2025
Council’s contractor will clean up flood debris which includes remove the large rain tree that has fallen due to the February flooding event and clearing fallen trees, wood and flood debris.
The contractor will manage any necessary traffic control during the course of the works, which may involve temporary disruptions to ensure public safety.
The tree maintenance is essential to ensuring the health and safety of our local environment.
This service is jointly funded by Commonwealth-state Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) to support Queensland communities in their recovery from the North and Far North Tropical Low Commencing 29 January 2025 event.
