Hinchinbrook Shire Council would like to advise the following facilities will be closed on Saturday 10 January 2026 and Sunday 11 January 2026 in anticipation for the upcoming weather event.
At this stage, Warrens Hill Landfill and Recovery and Resource Centre will operate as normal subject to weather conditions.
Council apologises for any inconvenience and appreciates the community’s understanding.
