Public Notice - Regional Arts Development Fund

Hinchinbrook Shire Council advises that applications for the 2025–2026 Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) are now open.

Funding Round Dates

  • Round 1: NOW OPEN
    • Closes 5.00pm Sunday 28 September 2025

  • Round 2: Opens Monday 19 January 2026

    • Closes 5.00pm Sunday 1 March 2026

How to Apply:

  • Download the RADF Application Form
  • Read the RADF Funding Guidelines carefully before completing your application.
  • Ensure your project aligns with:
    • Queensland’s State Priorities
    • Hinchinbrook Shire Council’s Local Priorities
  • Complete all questions in the application.
  • Keep a copy of your application and supporting documents for the RADF Acquittal Form.
  • Attach relevant documentation (e.g. design sketches, quotes).
  • Submit your application:
    • Electronically to: council@hinchinbrook.qld.gov.au
    • Hard copy submissions: Staple at the top left corner (do not bind).

Please note: Incomplete applications will not be assessed.

RADF is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Hinchinbrook Shire Council, supporting locally driven arts, culture, and heritage projects that reflect our region’s unique identity.
