Media Release - Dungeness Fishing Platform Closure

Council wishes to advise that from Monday 17 May 2021 weather permitting, the Dungeness fishing platform will be closed for approximately two weeks to undertake the installation of the new shade sail structure. 

During this time local contractor, Richard Peeke Building and Carpentry Services will be completing works on the pontoon and accessing via the water. There may be some delays during this time for those who wish to utilise the Dungeness fishing facilities. 

Council would like to thank the community for your cooperation and patience during this necessary phase of works, and requests that all advisory signage is followed.
