- Lannercost Street Office – Closed 5.00pm Friday 20 December 2024 and re-opening 8.30am Thursday 2 January 2025;
- Martin Street Works Depot – Closed 4.00pm Friday 20 December 2024 and re-opening 7.00am Thursday 2 January 2025;
- Water and Sewerage Depot – Closed 4.00pm Friday 20 December 2024 and re-opening 7.00am Thursday 2 January 2025;
- Hinchinbrook Shire Library and TYTO Regional Art Gallery – Closed 4.00pm Friday 20 December 2024 and re-opening 10.00am Thursday 2 January 2025;
- Halifax Library Sub-Branch – Closed 12.00pm Wednesday 18 December 2024 and re-opening 9.00am Saturday 4 January 2025;
- Hinchinbrook Visitor Information Centre (HVIC) – Closed 12.00pm Christmas Eve, Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. For the Christmas Holiday period commencing Monday 23 December 2024 to Friday 28 February 2025, the HVIC will be operating from 9.00am to 4.00pm daily. Normal hours will resume on Saturday 1 March 2025;
- Warrens Hill Landfill and Resource Recovery Centre - Closed Christmas Day;
- Halifax Resource Recovery Centre – Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day; and
- TYTO RV Park – Temporarily closed and re-opening Saturday 1 March 2025, weather permitting.
Please note there will be no kerbside bin collection on Christmas Day. Collection services will re-commence Thursday 26 December 2024 as follows:
- Monday 23 December 2024 remains unchanged;
- Tuesday 24 December 2024 remains unchanged;
- Wednesday 25 December 2024 pickup will move to Thursday 26 December 2024; and
- Thursday 26 December 2024 pickup will move to Friday 27 December 2024.
Kerbside collection will remain unchanged for New Year’s Day.
