Half yearly Rate Notices

Half yearly Rate Notices were issued on Monday 12 February 2018 and are due for payment on or before Saturday 31 March 2018.

Please note that Council’s Lannercost Street Office will be closed on Friday 30 March 2018 for the Good Friday Public Holiday. If you wish to make payment in person, please ensure payment is made before 5.00pm on Thursday 29 March 2018.

Payments can also be made online up to and including 31 March 2018 through BPay, Australia Post billpay and BPoint, please refer to the back of the rate notice for payment details.

Interest is charged on overdue rates at 11% per annum (0.03% per day). Ratepayers may discuss a payment plan if necessary by contacting the Rates Area on the number below.

Property owners are encouraged to check the details on their Rate Notices. A Schedule of Rates and Charges is included with the notice for reference.
