Opening hours: Every day from 8.30am to 4.30pm
This recovery hub will provide information, support and referral to impacted residents.

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) is currently undertaking impact assessments throughout the region. If you have incurred damage to your property from the recent flooding event in the Hinchinbrook Shire please call their Customer Service Centre on 13 25 23. Please note that as of Thursday 22 March 2018 DAF representatives are no longer located at the Ingham Community Recovery Hub, all enquiries are to be directed to their Customer Service Centre.
Provides counselling and support, including crisis counselling to people affected by disaster.
Provides catering services for people after a disaster and during community recovery.
Assist with making an insurance claim – 1800 734 621 (see brochure)
A number of insurance agencies are represented at the CR Hub – CGU, wfi, NRMA, Coles, Suncorp (this also covers AAMI, Apia, bingle, GIO and a number of other insurances)
There is also information regarding Rental Tenancy, welfare housing etc.
