Christmas Light Trail Competition Winners

20th December 2018

Hinchinbrook Shire Council would like to thank all residents who participated in the Christmas in Hinchinbrook, Christmas Light Trail Competition. Your efforts and imagination have brought happiness and enjoyment to many people from across the region.

The competition this year had three categories:

  •  Best Decorated Business;
  • Best Decorated House; and
  • Best Decorated Street.

Whilst the competition for Best Decorated House was hotly contested, we unfortunately did not have any nominations for Best Decorated Street, so for this reason Council have spilt that prize and have announced two runners up for this year’s Best Decorated House category in addition to a winner..

Winners are as below:

Best Decorate Business - Winner: House of Harvey, Lannercost Street Ingham

Best Decorated House - Winner: Paul Cavallaro, 546 Stone River Road, Trebonne

Best Decorated House - Runner Up: Hayden DiBella, 161 Halifax Road, Ingham

Best Decorated House - Runner Up: Hemmett Family, 31 Sartoresi Street, Trebonne

Council would like to take this opportunity to thank all residents who participated in the 2018 Christmas in Hinchinbrook, Christmas Light Trail competition; we look forward to another spectacular light display in 2019.
