2019 Rural Cleanup Program

Commencing Friday 1 November 2019, Council is offering the Rural Cleanup Program to assist residents in preparing for the upcoming disaster season.

Waste collection skips for general waste items and scrap metal will be placed at the below locations throughout the Shire on the indicated dates.

Long Pocket (Abergowrie Road, near Ashton Hotel): 1 to 8 November

Crystal Creek (East end Crystal Creek Road): 8 to 15 November

Mount Fox Camping Ground (opposite the school): 15 to 22 November

Stone River (Stone River Road, near Wilmar Farm): 22 to 29 November

Abergowrie (Corner of Abergowrie and Venables Road): 29 November to 6 December

Bambaroo (Beside Rural Fire Service Shed): 6 to 13 December

Hawkins Creek (Old bulk bin site on Hawkins Creek Road): 13 to 20 December

Accepted waste is domestic, non-hazardous waste only.

To arrange prompt servicing, please contact MAMS 4776 5055. Please do not place items on the ground or overfill the skip bins.
