Hire of Mobile Toilets Hire of Mobile Toilets

Mobile Toilets are available for hire from Hinchinbrook Shire Council, for a period of up to seven (7) days, for use at public and private events such as School Fetes, Wedding Receptions, Sporting Events etc.

Council has a number of Mobile Toilets available and more than one (1) unit can be hired for a single event to ensure the appropriate number of facilities are available for the number of people expected to attend the event.

A Hire of Mobile Toilet Application Form and Electronic Funds Transfer Application Form must be completed and are available to download or from Council's office at 25 Lannercost Street, Ingham.

The following Mobile Toilet Hire Fees are payable upfront at Council office:

 

Mobile Toilet Hire Fee - Per Mobile Toilet per Day  $  32-90
Additional Mobile Toilet Cleaning Service Fee   $  89-90
Mobile Toilet Bond (refundable)  $  123-00

 

Please note that Non-Profit Community and Charitable Organisations may request in writing Council's consideration to waiving the Mobile Toilet Hire Fees and Cleaning Service Fees, however the Mobile Toilet Bond is still payable.

Collection of the Mobile Toilet/s is from Council's Works Depot at Martin Street and can be arranged by contacting Council's Works Manager or Works Administrative Officer on phone (07) 4776 4671 during office hours - 7:00am to 4:00pm - Monday to Friday.

After the event, each unit hired must be returned to Council's Works Depot where it will be cleaned & inspected.  If no damage is noted, the Mobile Toilet Bond will be refunded to the Applicant via Electronic Funds Transfer to the Applicant's nominated account.
