Council will shortly commence a review of its Corporate Plan. The Corporate Plan sets out, among other things, Council’s goals, priorities and performance measures.
It is very important that the views of the community concerning Council’s services and performance are obtained at an early stage to ensure that the community is comfortable with the direction Council is taking.
To secure this information, a Hinchinbrook Shire Community Satisfaction Survey will be undertaken shortly.
I urge everyone to complete same so that we remain abreast of contemporary community needs and views.
The survey can be found on our Public Consultation page, or alternatively paper copies are available at Council’s main office at 25 Lannercost Street, Ingham; Hinchinbrook Shire Library; Halifax Library sub-branch; Hinchinbrook Visitor Information Lounge and TYTO Regional Art Gallery.
Hinchinbrook Shire Council Mayor Ramon Jayo with Lesley Lowth OAM, (Palliative Carers Committee Chairperson) with the Hinchinbrook Shire Community Satisfaction Survey.
